ORDER PROCESSING

You will receive a confirmation e-mail upon completion of your order. Your order will be processed within approximately 30 days, according to current inventory and import scheduling time.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Custom orders are available through our design specialist. We can assist you with all your questions regarding design specifications, bridal gifts, special orders, and gift giving needs. Please contact us by email at info@queenbeejewels.com or by phone @ (818) 400-2285 for further information.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

Shipping time will be determined by the delivery method you choose and desired shipping location. We offer a variety of options for delivery (S&H included), which are as follows:

U.S. Destinations:
United States Postal Service(USPS)
Express Mail- Takes approx. 1-2 business days, rates begin @ $20.00
Priority Mail- Takes approx. 2-3 business days, rates begin @ $6.95

Global Destinations:
United States Postal Service(USPS)
Global Express Mail- Takes approx. 3-5 business days, rates begin @ $18.50.
(Excluded Global Destinations are: Austria, Switzerland, Germany, Italy, and Japan)

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Payment by Visa, Master Card, Discover Card, Money Order, or personal check.
(Please allow 7 to 10 days for check processing)

Credit card orders are shipped to approved billing addresses only and must pass our security system. For security reasons we do not ship to an alternate mailing address except when payment is made by Money Order, Cashiers Check, or Personal Check. We do not ship to a P.O. Box.

Note: The shopping cart will automatically add sales taxes for California residents. If you live outside of California, you will not be charged a sales tax.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and want every customer to be satisfied with his or her purchase. Please communicate with us at: info@queenbeejewels.com upon receipt if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order.

RETURN POLICY

Customers reserve the right to return merchandise within 7 days for "Store Credit" only. The day stated on your delivery/signature confirmation form given by the USPS is considered the day merchandise was received. The final day for obtaining a "Return Authorization Number" will be 7 consecutive days following original date of receipt. To obtain a "Return Authorization Number", please e-mail us at: info@queenbeejewels.com. Credit will be calculated upon receipt of merchandise (item must be in original and unworn condition), minus the original shipping charges unless return is due to our error. "Store Credit" is valid for 90 days past date of issue. All returns must be authorized and assigned a "Return Authorization Number" prior to shipment, otherwise they will not be accepted by us and returned to you. This is very important and applies to everyone as we do not approve returns without prior authorization. We will ask your reason for return to ensure the quality of our product.

HOW TO SEND A RETURN

The buyer is responsible for return shipping and insurance. Items returned uninsured are at the customers risk, therefore, we recommend all items have insurance to protect you against loss or damage. It is best to send returns back in their original packaging and boxes. If this is not possible, we require you send it in a box with sufficient protection inside to maintain its quality. Damaged goods will NOT be refunded. Your return MUST be accompanied with a copy of the original invoice and a "Return Authorization Number" written clearly on the invoice and the front of the package.

When the returned item is received in its original condition (with exception to manufacturers defects) a "Store Credit" will be issued within 48 hours.

SECURITY AND PRIVACY

Your personal information (i.e. credit card number, address, e-mail, etc.) will be protected and remain confidential, used solely for the purpose of your transactions with QUEENBEEJEWELS.COM.. E-mail addresses are retained and used only for updates and special notices, they will not be sold to outside resources. Your address can be removed from our list per request.

QUEENBEEJEWELS.COM does not share your e-mail address with third-parties for any commercial purposes. We will occasionally send you follow-up messages containing information specifically related to your order (i.e. shipping delays, and back orders). Through our procedure, QUEENBEEJEWELS.COM gives you the option to receive e-mail notification on new features, specials and services. You may opt-out of receiving these promotional e-mails at any time.

As we develop our business, we could buy or sell assets. In such kind of transaction, customer information generally is one of the transferred business assets. Also, in the event that QUEENBEEJEWELS.COM or substantially all of its assets are acquired, customer information will of course be one of the transferred assets. We will notify our customers if any of these situations occur.
